Data we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process your Telegram or Discord user identifier and username, command and alert activity, notification preferences, referral or campaign attribution, watchlist entries, subscription status, and payment references. Payment providers process card, Stars, or blockchain payment details under their own policies; the service should not store full card credentials.
Why we process it
We use this data to deliver alerts, manage subscriptions and support, prevent abuse, measure product reliability, attribute acquisition channels, calculate confirmed rewards, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing metrics must use confirmed events rather than inferred trades.
Sharing and processors
Data may be handled by infrastructure, database, blockchain RPC, analytics, Telegram, Discord, Stripe, and other enabled service providers. Public blockchain addresses and transactions are public, but linking them to an account can still create privacy risk.
Retention and security
Keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, contractual support, fraud prevention, and legal/accounting requirements. Access should be restricted, secrets must not be logged, and backups should follow the documented security and deletion procedures.
Your choices
You can disable notifications or stop using the bot. A production policy must provide a verified contact method for access, correction, deletion, export, and objection requests where applicable, together with any legally required appeal or complaint route.
International use and children
Do not target children. Before serving a new country, determine the lawful basis, transfer mechanism, age restrictions, and financial-promotion rules that apply there.
